Was presented the Award of Excellence by National Care Network for completely overhauling the internal network infrastructure. Replaced outdated router, firewall, and load balancer with new Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances. Researched and replaced three expensive T1 lines with two less expensive 100mb lines, one for production and one for standby. Updated external DNS records to reflect new IP addresses. Replaced outdated switches with new Cisco switches. All tasks were completed with zero interruptions to productivity or revenue. Saved the company hundreds of dollars a year on ISP charges.
